How to read these pages

Ownership, resources and stage are stated separately

Mineral exploration disclosure is precise for good reason. These pages follow four rules.

  1. Rule 1

    Interests are dated

Every ownership percentage shows the date it applies from, because interests change through agreements and financings.

  2. Rule 2

    Resources are categorised

Measured, indicated and inferred resources are never combined into a single headline number, and resources are never described as reserves.

  3. Rule 3

    Operator status is explicit

Where the Company holds a partial or non-operating interest, that is stated on the project page itself.

  4. Rule 4

    Sources are named

Technical figures point to the underlying NI 43-101 technical report or news release they came from.

Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. There is no certainty that any part of a mineral resource will be converted into a mineral reserve.

The Company does not own or operate all assets, infrastructure or projects described in regional context on this website. Regional and third-party information is provided for context only.
